*Notes*
I am truly ballparking on the seasoning amounts! What you want is an even dusting of seasoning using my All Purpose Seasoning and a little Herbs De Province if you're feeling adventuresome!
You CAN make these in an air fryer. Just omit the butter and use your preferred cooking spray, preheat to 380° and cook for 12 minutes on one side and 10-15 on the other!
Preheat oven to 425°.
Arrange the thighs skin-side up in a 9x13 baking pan. Season evenly and liberally.
Flip the chicken and season evenly on this side as well! Add your butter and roast for 20 minutes.
Flip the chicken skin-side up to get it nice and crispy and roast for another 25 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer reads at least 165°.
Service with rice, pasta, and/or veggies. Shred it to add to salads, soups, or casseroles! With this recipe, you will have plenty leftovers as well.
For added flavor or for the additional fat content if you subscribe to a low-carb/keto diet, spoon the juices from the chicken over your plate!
