Fried foods are truly my weakness, and I was worried when I started venturing into this low carb lifestyle that I would have to give it up.
But this shrimp is definitely a game changer! Full disclosure, you miss some of the crunch you get from traditional flour, but the flavors are all there!

Beat eggs together in one bowl and add all your ingredients in another one.
Dip each shrimp in the eggs, then dredge in the flour mix, back into the eggs, and do it again! This is how you get optimal crunch.
Heat whatever oil you use over medium-high. I prefer peanut oil. Fry each batch of shrimp for 1-3 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Try to avoid overcrowding the pan, so cook in batches. Allow to drain on a wire rack in a warm oven!
