Salmon is super versatile and easy to cook, so anyone telling you to let it go because there's so many other kinds of fish, is a hater! I eat plenty of types of fish, but there's nothing wrong with looking what you like baby 😊. There's only a few steps to get this dish just right. First things first, you want your top rack to be able 6 inches from your broiler, but either way, you want to keep an eye on the fish because the broiler can get away from you real quick!
Adjust top rack so it is approximately 6 inches from the broiler. Preheat Broiler to High.
Mix Dijon Mustard, Honey, and All Purpose Seasoning in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary!
Pat your salmon pieces dry with a paper towel and arrange them on a pan with foil or parchment paper. (I cut mine myself to save money instead of buying them precut)
Brush half the glaze on the salmon and broil on high for 6-7 minutes.
Brush the rest of the glaze onto the salmon and cook an additional 6-7 minutes.
*Note*
Be careful to not overcook and dry your salmon out. If you see the white liquid protein spilling out the sides, it's been in there too long!
