These Bacon Wrapped Scallops are a game-changer, and yes, they're beginner-friendly!
There's a number of things that can go wrong if you don't know, but luckily for you, I messed it up enough to know how to do it right. Follow my steps, and you'll nail it every time! Perfectly flavored, quick to whip up, and ideal for keto or low carb diets!
Pat scallops dry thoroughly between paper towels
Cut bacon in half to avoid it overlapping and undercooking
Combine maple syrup or honey, soy sauce, and a pinch of All Purpose Seasoning in a small bowl to combine
Season the scallops lightly with the All Purpose Seasoning
Wrap the bacon around the scallop and secure with toothpicks
Brush the scallops and bacon with the glaze
Broil on high for 15 mins, glazing again halfway through. Serve immediately!
